Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
No hot water, no electricity, false alarm at 4:00am. These are what you will experience at 1930 Chestnut. You also will be threatened if you say that you want to withhold rent because of the unlivable condition. Stay away from any buildings managed by Turchi.
The apartment is very poorly designed and constructed. Not efficient use of space. Very noisy refrigerator. Windows can shut down noise from street and wind.
