Great building near Rittenhouse Square

I have lived in 1930 Chestnut for the last 13-months. I would recommend it as a great place to live. Yes, nothing is perfect, but overall the location is unbeatable and the building is well maintained. The security and engineering teams are great to work with and very reliable. The hallways are bright and the apartments have great amenities like w/d, d/w and good closet space. You feel VERY secure in this building. Great city view too... it is worth a look!!
