Terrible apartment building

The worst apt building -Turchi is notorious in Phila for his lack of ethics.Be careful of building management-Read leases thoroughly-they are thugs and thieves-I lived there for two years-false fire alarms constantly-no water/no hot water/ no water pressure-frequently elevators were out of order-stagnant pools of water in back of bldg-Just an awful place to live
