Anything changed here' I really like the place but I'm terrified from these reviews. I'm looking to come to Philly in the fall.
Any input would be great.

I moved in 6 weeks ago and have encountered no problems. Granted there is still time for anything to happen. Utility bills are not very high due to new windows being installed a year and a half ago. I live on the second floor and street noise is not very audible unless a fire truck is going by. The appliances are decent, as is the water heater. Cable and internet were easily installed and the security guards are friendly. As far as bad things, getting large pieces of furniture into my apartment was a pain due to small hallways and small elevators. The dryer exaust is not fixed so you have to open a window to let the hot air outside which is a bit annoying if you are running the ac/heat, but I keep my bathroom door closed so it is not too much of a problem. My stove door rubs against when it opens, but these are minor details. Overall I have been enjoying my stay as a tenant and see no real reason to not recomend this place. |

I know alot of people who live in 1930 and have no complaints. You have to realize, the only people who usually write into these things are people who have a gripe. Happy people generally aren't purusing these type of sites. They're busy living life.
