should have listened to all the complaints

I just recently moved out after several years here. The neighborhood has become sleazy, yet Turchi sells this place as "Rittenhouse Square". It's Chestnut Street, which though only 2 blocks from the square, is light years away. The rents are ridiculous. You can pay less for more space in a building run by true professionals actually on the square. The building manager is a mean bully to both residents and staff. The only good thing I have to say is that the people who actually work in the building are so nice, yet are given so unbelievably little to work with. Also, beware that there is no proper freight elevator. Anything other than the most compact pieces of furniture will not fit.
