I'll have to second the person who wrote about the leak in the roof. The top two floors of the building (7&8) have been plagued with a leak in the roof since day one (I've been here for several years now). Every time it rains, the ceiling right by the window begins to rain down on my window sill, splashing water everywhere and creating a nice breeding ground for mold. The leaking can last days until it gets sunny again and dries up. Really and truly frustrating when management is clearly aware of the issue yet does not ensure that it is ever fixed. As we speak, my furniture is pulled out 5 ft into the living room to avoid the constant water dripping down on my head and personal belongings. No one should live like this when paying over $1000 a month rent.

As a word to the wise, the apartments themselves are nice to look at and roomy. Beyond that - everything else is shoddy at best. Poor sound insulation allows you to literally hear the person next door sneezing. Um - creepy, not to mention annoying when every person who moves in next door happens to be a college kid obsessed with playing their stereo. No sleep anyone''

You onviously were paid to write this or work for the management company. Or you are a recent college grad with no sense of what a decent, professionally managed, safe and quality apartment is. I forgive you for yor ignorance and wish you well in your employment with Filthydelphia Management. The place is a dump. 8 of 10 reviews say so. Who would you trust?

Why would someone paid by the management company say "poor service from the management office is a given"? I much prefer a balanced assessment of a property to the hyperventilating hate mail that so often appears on this site.
