Pathetic, disgusting, and unsafe. If you chose to have your daughter live here, beware of the security guards in the lobby harassing her. It is not uncommon for inappropriate remarks or even heavy gropin to occur. Stay away from any Philadelphia Management building.

This woman has clearly never lived in the building. Suburban people are funny. Heavy groping by the security people? I've never had an issue but then again, I'm a guy. The apartments aren't terrible. Let's be fair people.

I've been reading a bunch of these postings and have to say that as a women who lived in this building for 2 1/2 years, I can say that I was harassed on numerous occasions by the people working at the desk in the lobby. I actually have a lawsuit being filed with several other previous tenants who experienced the same thing. This building is great for the drunk, irresponsible and partying 20-something crowd, but not a good place for a responsible, educated, professional person. |
