Philadelphia Management should all be tried in a court of law as criminals. These are slumlords in the truest sense of the definition. My roof has been leaking since I moved in here, and they refuse to do anything about it. They pretend to care until the minute I leave when I'm sure they laugh to themselves that they know they're not going to do anything about it. I very literally get wet sitting on my couch watching television. And if you like the sound of fire engines inside your living room 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, then this might be the place for you. Oh, and you can hear your neighbors breathe through the walls. Anytime I hear my neighbor on the phone, I can make out every single word of the conversation. I cannot even begin to tell you how big of a nightmare this -------- has been.
