Overall, I chose to live here because it was in my price range and conveniently located between center city and Penn's campus. Also, you do get a lot of room for what you pay. Now, for the bad part: I can hear everything my neighbors say, and do. Including opening cabinets using the microwave, etc. It is like living with a roommate. The roof leaks and the pipes within the building leak. I have had outrageous water bills that claim I use over a 100 gallons of water a day. Philadelphia Management will do nothing to fix the problem, and believe that I'm responsible for the bill even though it is their faulty plumbing. The door person when they are there at the front desk are usually eating, letting their friends into the building to chat, watching tv or sleeping. Be forewarned to look elsewhere.
