if you are lucky enough to not go insane during the process of getting a lease or ever dealing with the management you will like the apartment. not sure if its worth the money or the hassle- in my opinion they are lazy and would like nothing more but to see you do their job. ive personally had one of the worst experiences dealing with the ladies who are in charge of leasing, absolutely miserable. the apt itself is nice... big, great windows and great location. pitfalls are that the your utilities can run kinda high because of the large windows that aren't insulated very well, elevators can be slow and of course, in my opinion, managment will make you want to cry.
