I lived in another Singer property and am still scarred by the experience. After 11 mice, roaches, and assorted other bugs, I still get nervous everytime I hear a squeak. Their big solution was to leave a bunch of glue traps in a bag hanging from my apartment door. Should've known when I had to fight to get them to replace an open flame gas stove and refrigerator with holes in the door. Maintenance staff unprofessional to the point of one guy trying to kiss me. Hardwood floors in such poor condition that the wheel of my bed went through one of the boards. Instead of fixing the broken light outside of my apt, they installed a light that was for a bathroom with a pull chain. Getting a heater that sounded like a jet engine repaired in the dead of winter took days. Overall, a horrifying experience that I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go through.
