I lived at the above apartment for year now and renewed my lease for another.
Very competitive rent in a desirable location. Every time I needed some repair done in a two-three day period it was done. Kitchen sink faucet and shower head replaced. Living room light and a window closing problem were fixed.
Paint is a bit annoying in its sloppy application and poor quality. My hardwood floors are in very good condition.
Everyone of my friends and family love our apartment.
