I have been living in a one bedroom apartment at this property for three years now...
Overall it is a nice sized apartment in a relatively good area in center city Philadelphia. And the price is relatively ok.
However, don't plan on doing any fancy cooking... I could barely move in my kitchen and was lucky I could fit a microwave on the counter space. Plumbing problems in general... clogging in the kitchen sink as well as in the bathroom sink, tub and toilet. Heaters extremely noisey in the winter... sound like a really loud thud. Also encounterd this at the other Michael singer property i resided in before this one. When I first moved in, started getting bitten by something so had to have the apartment fumigated. No bug problems after that.
Maitenance mediocre... seem to think painting over everything will fix any problem.
Laundry and trash room can get really really disgusting if not cleaned.(water/dirt/grime on floors)
