2400 is a very reasonably priced, extremely convenient, spacious, modern apt bldg, very safe, mostly grad students and young professionals in the bldg. Doormen are very on top of things, maintenance staff is quick to respond to requests. Very close to Center City hot spots and Penn's campus. I HIGHLY recommend it!
