2400 Chestnut Apartments

Great place & great value From: jm010e Date posted: 3/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've found 2400 Chestnut to be a great value. Been here for 1.5 years. Parking is amazing - garaged parking for $80/mo and is probably a big reason many choose to live here. All the doormen are very helpful and friendly. It's a very young building - great for grad students or young professionals. Plus, as someone that has commuted outside of the city for work, it's 3 blocks from the entrance onto 76 or 676. 30th street station is a 3-4 minute walk for those taking trains often.
