I didn't realize how great 2400 Chestnut is until this past summer when I moved to Boston and had to sublet a studio. Then I realized I had been taking the spaciousness, safety, and quiet the apartment provided for granted. The concierges, with the exception of the odd one or two, are very nice and helpful. Maintenance problems are taken care of very promptly. The management office is open and receptive although I have never needed to approach them with problems only basic questions. These are all things lacking in my studio this summer so I will appreciate 2400 Chestnut all the more when I return.

If it is that great, why did you give it a three? This got many good reviews, and I'm really interested in the property. What are the downsides?
