Excellent housing in Philly From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   After living at 2400 Chestnut for 5 years, I couldn't imagine living any place nicer and safer in CC Philadelphia. Courteous and helful doormen Shuttle transportation to Univ city Free laundry service on every floor Immediate service by maintenance Very spacious rooms with ample closet space Very cheap parking
