2400 Chestnut Apartments

Awesome place to live, but not for those on a budget. From: jakephish Date posted: 9/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   A beautiful view, especially on the city side. Fantastic location and a terrific staff. Apartments are well equipped and kept up nicely. Parking is dirt cheap for the city (though the garage is kinda cramped to move around in....but for the price...cant complain) Terrific location with great access to 76, public transportation (across the river from 30th st station) and walking distance from most places of center city rittenhouse and penn/drexel. The electric bills are steep, because everything is based upon it (heat, AC, hot water . . . ). Free basic cable through the building. . . . and you can piggyback on wireless signals if you want for internet. . . . Not for college students though, you gotta be in grad school or a professional of some degree. Staff is great and speedy.
