2400 Chestnut Apartments

Great place; good value From: Welike2400 Date posted: 9/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   We lived at 2400 Chestnut for 2 years of grad school, then stayed for one more year until we bought a house. Great building--free gym, free cable, free laundry, cheap parking ($80/month), reasonable rent, short walk to the train station. Also, the doormen were great. Building doesn't have a lot of character but is extremely well-maintained. Managers are very flexible and often ask residents' opinions. There are many grad students; occasional parties, but the walls are very thick. No complaints!
