2400 Chestnut Apartments

If only the building had better heat insulation From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   As I said as a response to one of the viewers, this building is one of the best values that you can get in Philadelphia for its price range. The maintanence is good, tenants are friendly, amneties are not just for show, they are useful. The only problem I have is with the heat insulation. The window frames are very old, and consequently it is very difficult to have a stable temp within the apartment unless you are willing to suffocate using the heater/air conditioner 24 hours a day.
