I loved living at 2400 Chestnut for many reasons. It's a great location between PENN's campus and going out to bars in Rittenhouse. It's well maintained and very safe, and the people that work at 2400 make it a truly a pleasure. They know everyone by name and are so warm and helpful. Specifically doormen Jim, and Angel, and parking attendent Todd make 2400 (in my opinion) the best place to live in Philadelphia.
