2400 Chestnut Apartments

An Excellent & Convenient Place to Live From: seg3 Date posted: 6/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I've lived here for the past 2 years and had an overall wonderful experience. Not as close to Rittenhouse as I sometimes would have liked, but otherwise no complaints at all. Very spacious apartments with beautiful views (at least facing the city), individual heat & A/C, no real problems with hot water or the elevators and nexpensive and safe indoor parking. But the staff is what makes the place especially wonderful - Jim and Angel in the lobby both know everyone in the building by name, and MaryJane in the rental office is a candid and straightfoward and very helpful and accomodating. I don't think you could ask for a whole lot more.
