2400 Chestnut Apartments

Great place to live, especially if you're a Penn grad student From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This is a great building to live in, especially if you're a grad student at Penn or other nearby schools. Parking is cheap and convenient, maintenance is fast and reliable, and rooms are relatively spacious. The view from the higher floors is unbeatable. You don't have to be a grad student to live here, but many of the tenants are which makes for a nice environment, and the shuttle service to nearby schools is very convenient. 24 hour deskman is great and the cab light is a nice perk. The deskman will sign for your packages and you can pick them up at any time. Overall a great building!
