nice apartment building

2400 is a very nice apartment complex, the
best of the ones I've lived in. All of the staff members I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful -- the doormen,
management office, parking, and repair people.

The building is very conveniently located for
people doing graduate or postdoctoral work
at Penn, although the rent is probably too
high for undergraduates. The view from my
apartment (river side) was great. The building is also quite close to Center City attractions.

The electric bills did seem a bit high,
for reasons explained in the other reviews.
My air conditioning was fine, but the
heaters were a bit ineffective in the winter.
See other reviews for more discussion
of this point.
