GREAT area but not worth the rental prices they ask for. Management is okay but are a little ignorant and self centered... when I need things comepleted in my place. Been here for a year now and I will renew only because school is near by. Parking stinks b/c its over populated around here. All and all its okay here. My mom hates me living here.

This is a totally irresposible review. It offers no specifics. As a resident myself, I don't agree a thing about what this person wrote.
"My mom hates me living here?" Dude, how old are you? I have to wonder if you are still in high school.

I'm also a resident, and I have no idea what this person is talking about. Repairs are always the next work day if you write them in the work order book downstairs - and there isn't a single day where the parking garage is full, or even near full.

If you want a parking spot right outside your door and 24/7 repairs, you're going to have to move to the suburbs and hire a servant - which I suppose you could do, since it sounds like your mom's paying your rent.

I have been living in this building for almost 2 years now, and I agree with keraniluna. Management is great; every time I have had a problem, it has been repaired (most of the time, within the same day). Once a maintenance man who came to check on flooding fixed a badly broken light WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING to have it fixed! Several times, when I needed repairs, maintenance left a friendly note in my apt with a smiley face stating that they fixed the problem. Selfish management? I think not. And the parking garage has 4 floors; we can always find a space. No complaints here.

This poster is probably from west philly, b/c he/she is smoking crack. The staff is awesome and parking is ample. End of story. Plus, if you wouldn't recommend the place to others, why in the world would you renew your lease? You're contradicting yourself. In case you haven't noticed, there are plenty of other apartment complexes in University City. Ask your mom to find you another one.
