This place is easily the best deal in the city. I've lived here for nearly 2 years now, and it's been great. I usually don't write reviews, but here's my unabashed endorsement for this place :)

The building is clean, quiet, everyone is friendly (mostly grad students & young professionals in 20s & 30s), it has the cheapest parking in town, but plenty of spaces. There's free laundry rooms on every floor. There's a 24 hour gym, it's great to get in a safe jog at night. If you get around by car, the building is in a key spot, 1 minute from highway access & you're off a main street. If you need public transportation, the main train station in the city & the post office is just across the pedestrian bridge.

There's a nice park a couple blocks from here with tennis courts, basketball courts & a dog park. You'll see people biking and running everyday outside your window along the river. In the summer, there's music on the river, and if you open your window, you can hear it. The view is wonderful.
