2400 Chestnut Apartments

Tim Duncan of Philly Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   As an NBA fan, I have to tell you that this building reminds me of Tim Duncan a lot. This is a fundamentally sound residence in all regards. Not so fancy, true, but it offers all the important things - safety, convenience, good management, cleanliness, and most of all, great residents. All the people I've met in the building are caring, good-natured people. I think the building attracts grad students and young professionals who are very down to earth. New and expanding Schuylkill River Park is just a minute away, and it is a great place to stroll or jog or bike. Having it so near by is worth a few hundred dollars per month. And compared to other residences right on the Park, 2400 Chestnut is cheaper and better managed. I have been living in this building over a year now, and I am very pleased to have chosen to live here.
