2400 Chestnut Apartments

Fabulous Deal From: pepdance Date posted: 9/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I honestly can't really say anything that people haven't already mentioned. All in all the rent may be higher then some want to pay, but considering you get free tv, a free gym, and free laundry, not to mention you only have to pay electric, how can anyone complain!! I have recommended a lot of people to this place and have had no complaints. If I didn't relocate, I would def still be there. Everyone is so nice, I always had things fixed on time if needed, and I always felt looked out for.
