Noise of Trian and Highway, Moldy, broken Gym

If you can have a sound sleep in this apartment, good luck!
There is train passing by every hour and I-76 heavy traffic noise.
Then, loud motorcyle and police cars passing by Chestnut street.
Simply, you will not have a sound sleep at night.
The equipments in the Gym are very old. Only a few new equipment.
You will have a very high electric bill because the windows are poorly insulated.
Positive part: the staffs are nice, the river view is excellent.
