2400 Chestnut Apartments

A Happy DenizenMost From: franciswarren Date posted: 1/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I was the recipient of two of the most enjoyable years of apartment living one could ever imagine. My time at 2400 Chestnut Street Apartments resulted in my residing in an extremely pleasurable environment. The residents are very friendly and the apartment staff is the epitome of professionalism and efficiency. Ask for any type of maintenance in the morning and when you return from work, the request has been properly honored. With five SEPTA buses to take you to Center City, there is really no need for a car. 30th Street Station and the Post office across the street only add to the many conveniences offered to the 2400 Chestnut residents. Restaurants everywhere. Because my job relocated me to Norristown, PA, I had to move. However; if I ever return to Philadelphia, it is my intention to re-apply for the right to once again live at 2400 Chestnut. Clean; safe; comfortable and only 2 minutes to the Jogging path. Definitely a 5 rating.
