Nothing is done about neighbors who party too loudly- good luck sleeping after a long shift or long day studying. On a good note, wonderful staff and manint.

I also live in the building, and have found that if the neighbors are loud, the doormen will be happy to call up and ask them to stop, or even come up to the neighbors' apartment and ask them to stop. I'm not sure what happens if the neighbors won't stop, but I think that in most cases this is enough to get noisy neighbors to quiet down.
