I loved living here for two full years. The view is amazing (from both sides...), and the staff here are wonderful. Although the rent seems a bit steep, it is a great deal for the area. Having a doorman to sign for packages, free shuttle to Penn, free gym and free laundry on each floor really add up. Anytime I have had a maintenance problem it is fixed within 24 hours. Plus, they clean the apartments thoroughly before each new tenant. Also, I have never, not one time, heard my neighbors. My roommate and I sometimes complain that we CAN'T hear each other talking even in the same apartment. I searched a lot for apartments and think this is the best in the area. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
