Great Things About 2400 Chestnut:
1) Reasonable Center City rent for the size of apartments and location
2) Cheap parking on site only $99 a month for residents. Great rate compared to other lots in Center City (which range $200 - $500 per month)
3) Public laundry on every floor (2 washers/2 dryers) -- and it's FREE! No coin-op machines. Never had issues with waiting for washers/dryers, if your floor units are being used, walk up/down to another floor, it s not a big deal.
4) Great location easy walking distance to Rittenhouse area and Universities

We were residents for three years (July 2005 to June 2008). Throughout those three years we were continuously impressed and wowed by the staff and management. From Day 1, the Front Desk Managers were always helpful and sincerely kind. The Maintenance Staff was always prompt in attending to our requests - we would put in a maintenance request before we left for work in the morning, and 99.9% of the time, the request was attended to that day. The Garage Management and Staff were always helpful to us and our guests. We ve been renters in the Philadelphia area for the past 7 years, and never encountered a landlord that has treated us as fairly and honestly as 2400 Chestnut. We were truly surprised that we received the majority of our security deposit back. In the past, we ve left area apartments and expected to get 80 - 100% back and got almost nothing back, with no reasoning provided to us. We are truly wowed by the integrity of 2400 Chestnut St.
