I lived at 2400 Chestnut for 2 1/2 years and am sorry to leave, but I am relocating out of Philadelphia. 2400's management and staff are absolutely fantastic and extremely responsive to tenants' needs. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly, the hallways and (free) laundry rooms are clean, and the parking garage is affordable, convenient and well-maintained. The view and location are great, also. My only negative comment is that the electric bills can get a bit steep, as the heating/air conditioning units aren't the most efficient. However, I can easily say that 2400 was the best apartment building/complex I've ever lived in and I will miss living there.
