I've lived in this apartment for the last 3 years and it's been great. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The ladies in the leasing office are very courteous and prompt to your concerns. The only negative thing if any is that in the winter, it could get a little difficult to keep the apartment warm and the electricity bill will reflect that.

similar thing happened to me once when I took a vacation for 2 weeks out of the month. I took it up with the office downstairs and they couldn't give me an explanation. Usually my electric bill ran in upper 90's to 130's... 180 seems really high though...

I just received my first electricity bill and it's $180. They say I used 1100 kWh, which seems excessive considering I'm gone half the day and only keep one of my window AC units on (low). What kind of bills do you usually get?
