I lived in 2400 for 5 years, and was extremely sad to have to move out when leaving Philadelphia for Boston. I lived in a 1 BR as well as a 2 BR 2 bath, both of which I enjoyed. The staff is extremely responsive and maintenance issues were generally fixed the same day they were reported or the next. The apartment was extremely quiet and I never had noise issues. The lobby was recently renovated, although the old one was fine and the new one is a little '60s for me. The gym was never too busy, and the free washer/dryers on each floor are very dependable. The shuttle to/from Penn's campus was quite handy. In short, a great place to live if you can find an opening there.
