I lived in a 2BR/2BA at 2400 Chestnut for nine years. I enjoyed the great view and spacious apartment. The most attractive feature of the building is its safety- because the building has its own private courtyard, there is limited potential for tresspassers. Building entry is by electronic card and all visitors are annnounced by the front desk. Parking is under the building in a keycard entry self-park garage- parking rates are the lowest in the city that I could find. Maintenance is prompt and reliable. Having to leave 2400 when I moved out of the city was a sad event!
