This building is not worth the hype- It is too expensive. There is no parking if you are among the working younger people (ages 20-65) There are tons of older people who think that they own the building- one of which sits downstairs in front of the front desk for at least 12 hours out of every day. (This is not an overstatement- it is the truth) She sits there and gives everyone a "once-over" but I think she has been doing that for at least 90 years. She needs to get a life and go to a retirement community. Anyhow, 2601 building is really not that nice and I would never rent from them again.
The office staff and front desk people are nice, though. Except for one front desk person who doesnt care at all and should leave.
