It is a convenient place to live in an up and coming neighborhood. There are plenty of restaraunts and bars in the area. Friendly neighborhood. The fitness center on the first floor is a convenient place for a basic workout. Several treadmills and other aerobic machines. Also, a variety of basic nautalis equipment. Our apartment has a great view of the city. Really close to Kelly Drive, which is great for rollerblading.
You can only move in Monday-Friday 8-4. That makes it a pain to move in if you work during the day.
