Great size apartments with ample amenities for the price. More than we expected considering the proximity from Center City and the high quality of living in the neighborhood. Excellent view of Kelly Drive and the Art Museum of Philadelphia. Laundry facilities included in every apartment at no cost above utilities. Convenient access to several of the major highways in Philadelphia. Street parking can be a nuisance after 6:00pm, but the surrounding neighborhood is safe enough to park a few blocks away.
