I've lived here for 5 years and I'm finally moving out. The place overall was OK, the walls were thin plus having a corner apartment the insulation was very thin - always cold. The bus wasn't too reliable so you need a cab to hit the downtown area. Parking wasn't the greatest especially in the evenings and Sunday nights.

Maintance was great and so the front desk personnel. The major problem I had is moving in and out of my place. Only on weekdays and only a 4-hour slot.

So it really depends on what you are looking for - PROS: Maintance, Front desk Personnel, Shuttle (on-time), Area, close to Kelly Drive.
CONS: Parking, Cold, moving restrictions, to far from Downtown mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
