Location is great ifyou are ok not being close to center city.
BUT apartments are not well looked after - several layers of paint is quite normal & therefore often peels. Doors often don't lock or close properly. No thermostats on heaters so can't get decent temperature at night time.
Don't choose an apartment at the end where the railtrack is as the train noise is very loud especially at 2am, 4am & 6am when the drivers like to blow their horns.
Management is pretty bad - eg no inventory done when we moved in, have been very unhelpful re the change to condos (eg we are having people visit the apartment every week even though our lease doesn't expire for nearly a year), slow with getting things fixed.
We had several weeks of fire alarms going off due to the condo conversion work - that has now stopped but conspiracy theorists say thats coz all the alarms have been disconnected. I hope not.
Parking a nightmare. Somtimes tough to get taxis.
Coffee shop is good tho.
