The person who called the new owners weasels is absolutely right. This place used to be nice but is quickly going downhill under the new management. They're throwing out all the renters who lived there when they bought the place, unless they want to pay an insane amount to purchase their old, poorly heated apartment. In the meantime they kept all the tenants in the dark about the changes, and now that everyone knows what's happening they've stopped providing the same level of service. Things are no longer getting fixed or cleaned. Flies are taking over the downstairs hallways. For the first time in the 4 1/2 years I've lived there, I saw a roach in my apartment. The hallways are becoming stained and now often smell like garbage. All they care about is hustling in new people and suckering them in to buying "luxury condos." As far as I can tell they're the same basic old apartments that are slowly falling apart. Now the people who have bought these unfortunate condos are trying to rent them at jacked up prices so they can pay their ridiculous mortgages. Buyers and renters alike beware. These apartments are a nightmare.
