I am currently a tenant at 2601.Most of what I read here is accurate.There floors are bad the appliances are old and outdated and we also have black dust or some kind of stuff comming out of the vents.There is a problem with mice not rats that come from behind the stove.I killed 3 just yesterday.I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath that is 1070 sq feet and was told I could have the until for 279,000.
New buyers should be aware that the walls are bubbling from water leaking in from somewhere in many locations and you will need to gut the entire apt to make it nice, put in new heat and ac units.So with that in mind these units are a terrible buy in my opnion.
Your condo fees will go up,count on that as this building is in need repair.
The area is great and parking for the most part is also great.It is a far from Center City.
Daisy at the front desk is the best,the others leave alittle to be desired,but they are all friendly.
The carpets in the hallways are nasty and the new color that they painted the walls is drab and ugly.
The units are small but would be good for elderly people who need this style of living.
