This place is so out of control. As the rent goes up, the community room is gone, the gym taht was to take 30 days took 127 days before opening and is now still missing items. I have aasked for sanitation bottles (.99 cents) each to be placed in the gym.....my request was filled with 1 bottle of generic windex.....YO, taht not a sanitizer. Did you see the Date Line special about gym, sweet and the illness srpeading as a result'

Like many, one of my two heating units does not work, a have more mice in apartment that in a city sewer.

The halls are dirty, the staff does not greet you when you enter as they did previsouly, Thier new unifomrs lasted 2 weeks, and now its back to being able to identify what they had for dinner by looking at hier shirts. The fire alarm going off seems to be a regular thing, lightbulbs out and trash removal is now limited.......

The best seems to be a recent letter I received letting me know that my unit was sold and as a result, I was not entitled to "maintenance" assistance.

So let the mice run rampid, let the heat stop completely, let the services deminish........because I only have 3 more months in this place....and cannot wait to move.

It is evident that those people who have already purchased a unit as a rental investment are having a very difficult time even renting. The rental signs posted in the mail room have not even been touched....Sorry to those who bought a unit.....we know way too much about this place to want your unit.

Finally, if you have nothing to do on a weekend, stop by and talk to their "new" sales team......the are the most rude, idiotic and dumb individuals I have ever met. I think hey would be better off lett the mice rent/sell the units. It could be a fun afternoon...at the least entertaining!
