we lived here for 1 year, right before they went condo. these were nice as apts. convenient location, nice residents, front desk, etc. but then we had to leave since we didn't want to pay an outrageous amount for a "luxury condo". the bldg is old and ever since cresant heights took over, was getting crappier and crappier. the bldg's water heaters are over 10 yrs old and have started to break, flooding apts below. its a shame what has happened to this building. back in the day it was so nice. i would never buy a condo here - the building is old and hasnt been maintained right. plus who would pay $235k for a 1bd apt''!!!!

btw, my 1 bdrm apt was of good size, but the kitchen was literally 6x5 sq ft. absolutely no counter space or cabinet space. to live there (not counting the bldg problems) - you'd have too completely gut the place, jacking your cost up to a hefty amount.
