Now that it's condos, there is no reason for management to take good care of the building to keep tenants. You buy = you're stuck. Such a disappointment after living here under the old management for several years!

I'm hoping you're not referring to the old management under Lady Mary's command; if I ever met anyone who wastes time chattering and doing no work or responding to anything it was that woman; she defines useless. At least now they have someone who is more helpful and actually picks up the phone .

New manager is worse. And the nasty notes in the elevator just serve to tick people off. Many of the new owner/investors (not you of course!) are just plain rude and discourteous to the staff and even fellow residents.

My favorite is the A Tower owner who writes on all the notes in the elevator. Here's a few choice selections: "--------!" and "We're owners not tenants!" Grow up dipshit.

This building was fine until the current Fascist Regime took over. It's not condos, it's a police state. New rules are made all the time by a secretive Shadow Government, and there is no clear way to contest them--we are only informed through the charming notices left in the elevators. If we had wanted to live in a co-op we would have made a good choice in this building. The desk staff and shuttle drivers are wonderful, but whoever's in charge of these new crap rules can go to Hell
