I think a lot of the frustrations that people have with living in the building can be traced to inconsiderate "behaviors" from our fellow residents.
For example, who hasn't spend time circling the building and surrounding neighborhood looking for a parking spot. However, time and again, I have seen people park right in the middle of a spot where two cars could have fit. Also, people parallel park in such a manner (other than playing bumper cars with the cars around them) that limits the number of cars that could fit a row. Basically, the mentality is "well, I found my spot, screw everyone else."
Then, once we find a spot, we have to deal with/tolerate the noise that comes from the units around us. We can all agree that the walls and floors aren't the thickest. And, we have all experienced (and have been annoyed by) the loud music, tv's, bass, slamming doors, footsteps, sounds of moving furniture, shouting, etc from the units around us. Again, I think people lack consideration. I'm not saying that we have to live in air-tight, soundless boxes, but I don't think people try to be considerate of others.
Also, to comment on Angryelf's review. I don't have an issue with the rules. The rules were in the first set of condo books as well as the second set that we all signed for earlier this year. Not reading the regulations, doesn't make the regulations "arbitrary".
There are a lot of good things about living in this building and area - the dog park, Kelly Drive, the Museums, bars on Fairmount, etc. However, I think people have a lot to be desired with being considerate.

I'd like to ask our neighbors to reconsider running up and down the stairwells at night. It is very LOUD! I'd also like to remind our upstairs neighbor that 2am is not the time to rearrange your furniture, and our downstairs neighbor that placing your stereo speakers next to the little vents under your windows is like placing the speakers in your neighbors apartment.
