As a tenant for the past 2 years, I've experienced alot of the items the other reviews wrote of.
Pros: location is great, management is helpful, bus to midtown is convenient.
Cons: had a mouse problem early on when they were doing massive construction (but not anymore), heater/ac units are old and outdated - had to get 1 unit repaired and another unit replaced, walls have been painted over numerous times. Parking is only difficult at off times (i.e. late sat night, during parades, etc)
