I been have moved 3 times in this apartment complex until I bought a place here. Yes, there are occasional rodents (keep your food covered), late night parties and some staff frustrations I have seen in the last 9 years. But overall I have not seen a place in the city that is so well kept for a 60 yr old building. You can't beat the location. The staff was better before, but not too bad now.
Parking is a PAIN if you get here after 5:00 PM unless you have a spot in the garage. 60 spots for 500 units.
If you are on the lower floors be prepared for the cop cars sirens at Pennsylavania Ave late nights.
If you are a runner or like to roller blade - Kelly Drive is right there.
And of course there is the Collar :)
